Francis Road Medical Centre is relocating to:
75 Oliver Road

Our official moving date is 19 October 2026. We will begin a phased move before this date, so some appointments may take place at Oliver Road earlier.
Although our location is changing, everything else will remain the same. You will continue to receive care from the same friendly team, using the same services and processes.
Why is the medical centre moving?
The lease on our current premises has expired, so we are relocating to a new site.
Where is the new medical centre?
Our new address will be:
75 Oliver Road
London E10 5LG
When is the medical centre moving?
Our official moving date is 19 October 2026.
We will begin moving some services to Oliver Road before this date. This means that some patients may have appointments at the new site during the phased move.
How will I know which site to attend?
When you book an appointment, we will clearly tell you which site you need to attend.
Please check the location given in your appointment confirmation before travelling. If you are unsure, contact the practice before your appointment.
Will my GP or healthcare team change?
No. You will continue to be cared for by the same team.
Do I need to register again?
No. You will remain registered with the practice and do not need to complete any new registration forms.
Will my appointments be affected?
Our appointment system and booking processes will remain the same.
During the phased move, appointments may take place at either Francis Road or Oliver Road. We will tell you which site to attend when your appointment is booked.
From 19 October 2026, appointments will take place at:
75 Oliver Road, London E10 5LG, unless you are told otherwise.
Will my prescriptions be affected?
No. You can continue to request repeat prescriptions in the usual way.
Will the practice’s services change?
No. Our services and processes will remain the same. Only the building and address are changing.
Will the telephone number and online services remain the same?
Yes, you can continue to contact and access the practice in the usual way unless we tell you otherwise.
Do I need to update my address?
No action is needed from you because of the practice’s move. However, please continue to let us know if your own home address or contact details change.
What do I need to do?
You do not need to take any action. Please make a note of our new address and carefully check which site you have been asked to attend for each appointment during the phased move.

By bus: Take 58, 69, 97 or 158 to Buckingham Road on High Road Leyton. Walk along Buckingham Road, then turn right onto Oliver Road to reach the polyclinic. Bus routes

By car: Use postcode E10 5LG. Local street parking is limited; check signs for restrictions and charges.

By taxi: Ask for Oliver Road Polyclinic, 75 Oliver Road, Leyton, E10 5LG.
